I just saw Phoebe Philo’s new collection for Celine in Garance Dore’s mini film of the collection, and immediately thought of Brigitte Bardot’s bombshell look in the movie that revealed her: And God Created Woman.

It is with this movie that Roger Vadim filmed Brigitte Bardot in StTropez in the 50′s and created the myth and the sex-symbol that she became. Her care-free style and wild attitude mixed with a languorous feline walk, she might have as well have been a french version of Catwoman.

Even if you don’t know yet how to dance the mambo, you have a few months to learn before the Celine fall collection hits the stores and finally allows you to bring out your inner vixen. In the meantime, watch the movie,  specially if you have any intention of going to St Tropez this summer !!
