If somedays you forget what being a woman is all about, ask Coco Chanel

I have decided that the following three quotes from Coco Chanel would become my New Year’s resolutions for 2010:

‘How many cares one loses when one decides not to be something, but to be someone”

“Nobody is young after 40 but one can be irresistible at any age.”

“In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different.”

In this footage, Coco Chanel when asked about elegance,  says that she finds that women are often too dressed up and not elegant enough… I will let you meditate on that one over the few days left in 2009!

“There goes a woman who knows all the things that can be taught and none of the things that cannot be taught” – I hope to  be of the latter kind!
