OK I must admit my passion for truffle and precisely: White Truffle. But I was introduced on Saturday at lunch to something that was just made for me and my sweet tooth… I discovered White Truffle Honey. Let me tell you that a dollop with a piece of cheese… hmmm … it is the perfect most sensual food I have eaten in the past X years!

I am sure that this is the beginning of a long love affair between this jar and me and hope that together we will discover many different ways to attain Nirvana
