I have been hearing lately that New York wasn’t fun anymore…
Ok, we all agree that the Studio 54 or Twilo days -read nights- are long gone. ~For the record I am WAY too young to have set foot at Studio 54. Twilo’s another story but if you ENTER a club at 6 am, does it even count? ~
And yes, we also all agree that Bungalow 8 did pave the way for a banker/bimbo/bottle formulaic and conventional night club scene. But leave the idea of making that scrap book for your retirement days. There IS plenty of fun in New York, just takes one to know one!
Here’s an example that landed on She is French’s radar that appears promisingly interesting because organized by Gemini & Scorpio, the killer angel/devil, writer/artist duo. Seems like their arts-centric offbeat events in New York City is getting a little naughty these days.
Might just be what the doctor ordered:
