I know, I know. It is totally unfair that I had to come back to NYC’s freezing temperatures just when I was getting out of my pasty white skin and about to get that lobster pink shade! But I came back with tons of flirty tips for your next trip…. The place is difficult to reach (you’ll need to transfer and fly on one of those tiny planes), the food is expensive (but forget about eating, it’s France there so you’ll just smoke and try to look cool starving !) but it’s worth it!

And so Tip #1 starts with the coolest parties of St Barts. Carole who owns the Ti St-Barth as well as the Yacht Club gets everyone dancing on the tables. If there was ever a cool cat on the island, she’s definitely the one! She showed up on Wednesday with 10 inches sandals, socks up her tighs and what could have been a boyfriend sweater -ie way too short to qualify as a dress. Her hair was disheveled maybe she she just came out of bed. Her much younger Johnny Depp look a like boyfriend was a natural addition to the picture. She looked damn sexy!

The Ivana was also there. Also looking very in charge with 5 men at her table. Let me tell you that was a great lesson of seduction. At my table the ratio was 4 to 1 – 1 man!) Everyone ended dancing on the tables, some dressed up as nurses and others with barely much than they would were on the beach – remember in France topless is De Rigueur.
