I love the oxymoron but hey if women have to be kicked into finding their inner goddess, so be it!

Sierra Bender is on a mission with her Boot Camp for Goddesses. She wants to empower each woman to claim her own worth, to claim her right to be. And reveal the mystery, magic, solitude and inner beauty. That is because she knows too well the price you pay when you are about to loose it all.

The women herself qualifies as  true Goddess. Ok she is gorgeous but also she learned the healing practices of the Qero, Shipibo and Inca shamans in Peru, and for over a decade studied at the Kundalini Ashram in New Mexico with Yogi Bhajan and Native American medicine men and women. So rest assured, she has the knowledge, you have just to get there and trust the process!

By the way, whatever your problems, healing is on it’s way: she is also certified as a Prana Yoga and Kripalu Yoga teacher, Kripalu bodyworker, massage therapist, personal fitness trainer, medical intuitive, energetic healer and Quantum Physics specialist.  She has also trained in exercise physiology, nutrition, aromatherapy, menopausal health, addictions and abuse. So your inner goddess will wake up despite all your efforts to shut it up…

I wish I could jump on a plane to attend next week’s Boot Camp for Goddesses in Puerto Rico but I have too much on my agenda, so I am plotting on how to meet with her on the following retreat in one of my favorites places in the world: Macchu Picchu!

And if for for some reason, I don’t pull it off, then it will be the Omega Center in Rhinebeck, New York pour moi! A MUST to reignite my super powers!
